INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS:

Applicants, please fill out the forms below.
The Names and contact information for TWO (2) professional reference who are able to discuss your training and experience.

Attach and Upload also the following:
Two (2) Video performances of a Musical Theater Song. An Opera Aria is acceptable for one of the selections. One song MUST be in English.
One (1) Video performance of a Monologue or Song Text read as a monologue
One Resume (.pdf)
One Photo (Headshot preferably 8"x10")
